The Catalogue of Safety is a non-exhaustive list of ideas to support you in thinking about what contributes to a felt sense of safety. The list draws on what I and other ND individuals have found helpful. On each page you will find a list of ideas under a specific category – simply tick the box next to the ideas that are useful for you, or that you would like to try, before adding any other ideas within that category that are not listed. At the end of the Catalogue you will find a template for a portable Mini Book of Safety that you can record your ideas in and take with you as a reminder.
